Sunshine Silver Mining & Refining Company (“SSMR”) is developing the Sunshine Mine, a large-scale, past-producing silver asset located in Idaho’s Silver Valley, the most prolific silver district in the U.S. The Sunshine Mine is one of the highest-grade primary silver resources in the world, with an estimated 104Moz of Indicated Mineral Resources at 1,022 g/t and and 160Moz of Inferred Mineral Resources at 775 g/t. The Sunshine Mine is estimated to produce approximately 6.7 million ounces of payable silver per year on average over the first five years of mine life, which would make it the second largest primary silver mine in the U.S.

SSMR controls 9,561 hectares across a target-rich, underexplored and consolidated land package surrounding the Sunshine Mine. The Company plans to restart operations at the Sunshine Mine in 2028, supported by substantial existing infrastructure and the major permits required to restart mining and milling operations. Beyond its core silver exposure, SSMR is exploring the ability to unlock additional value through refining operations and antimony production.
