Located within the mining-friendly Coeur d’Alene Mining District in Idaho, the Sunshine Complex is composed of the Sunshine Mine and the Sunshine Refinery, located in Kellogg, Idaho. The Sunshine Complex represents a highly attractive opportunity for new exploration, development, and silver production and is primary to achieving the company’s objective of becoming a premier silver mining and refining company.

Steinert Global conducted an X-Ray Transmission and Laser Ore Sorting Study, which demonstrates a significant potential to increase feed grade through modern, proven technology

2019

First metal production at Cerro Los Gatos: Constructed CLG Mine for $309 million, vs. $316 million budget

2020

Updated the Sunshine Mine NI43-101 resource estimate and PEA

CLG mine taken public as Gatos Silver, Inc., with SSMRC spun-out to remain private
