SUNSHINE REFINERY

Mining to Final Metal - a Fully Integrated U.S. Supply Chain

➣ COMEX-grade bullion, hydrometallurgical processing.

➣ Permitted to restart antimony production; potential tolling hub for Perpetua’s Stibnite mine and other Antimony feed sources.

Adjacent to the Sunshine Mine, the Sunshine Refinery positions the Sunshine Complex as the only vertically integrated silver operation in North America. Historically renowned for producing 99.99% COMEX-deliverable bullion, the refinery is permitted and capable of hydrometallurgical processing of silver, copper and gold concentrates.

Once recommissioned, the refinery will once again deliver refined silver to support solar, biomedical, and industrial demand, as well as cathode copper for electrification. It is also the only U.S. refinery permitted for large-scale production of antimony, gallium, and germanium – critical minerals where U.S. supply chains have been jeopardized by China’s export restrictions. This positions Sunshine as a potential tolling hub for Perpetua’s Stibnite mine in Idaho (antimony) and other sources of critical minerals, reinforcing America’s mineral independence.

Together, the Sunshine Mine and Refinery form a unique, integrated complex: combining tier-one silver resources with critical mineral processing capacity, designed to anchor U.S. supply chains in both precious metals and critical minerals.
